Role: Senior Manager – Retail Supply Chain Operations (Order Management)Location: Montreal (Hybrid) - 1-2 days in office. Salary: 100,000 - 125,000 CAD + 15% Bonus Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, global consumer brand on a Senior Manager - Retail Operations & Order Management opportunity. This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the centre of retail operations, responsible for driving performance across the order-to-cash lifecycle in a complex, fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, transformation-led businesses, and enjoys leading teams while driving continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities for the position of Senior Manager - Retail Operations & Order Management:Lead and develop a high-performing order management team, driving best-in-class execution across retail accountsOwn and optimise the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring solid OTIF performance and customer satisfactionAct as the key link across Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Distribution, and 3PL partners, driving alignment and performanceIdentify risks across operations and proactively implement mitigation plans to protect service levelsDrive continuous improvement initiatives,



standardising processes and eliminating inefficiencies across retail operationsLeverage data, automation, and AI tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and productivity across workflowsLead operational projects and present insights and performance updates to senior leadershipChampion innovation within the team, embedding new tools and technologies to enhance decision-making and scalabilitySkills & Experience Needed for the position of Senior Manager - Retail Operations & Order Management:Proven leadership experience within order management, retail operations, or supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle, ideally within a retail or consumer goods settingExperience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing across multiple business areasData-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to drive performance and continuous improvementExposure to automation, systems optimisation, or AI-driven tools within operations is highly advantageousStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable working at pace, balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.If this sounds like you, please apply here or get in touch at and we can discuss in further detail.
