Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with 15-25 enterprise clients
• Develop and execute retention initiatives to decrease churn
• Oversee the onboarding experience for new customers




• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development
• Partner with teams to align offerings with customer objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in customer success or account roles
• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise customers
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and business impact
• Strong analytical mind for actionable insights
• Outstanding communication skills for stakeholder influence
