Enhance public safety as a Corporate Security Patrol Officer. Ensure safety across facilities through proactive patrolling and urgent response while managing community interactions and enforcing by-laws.
In this limited position, you will conduct property patrols and respond to urgent situations while collaborating with various staff during inspections and public meetings. You'll be responsible for maintaining security, interpreting by-laws, and assisting in potential arrests when necessary, ensuring a secure workplace for all community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property patrols on CGS facilities
• Respond to urgent security situations promptly
• Issue fines and trespass notices as per by-laws
• Provide safety support to staff and community
• Conduct investigations of incidents ensuring safety
Requirements:
• College diploma in Law and Security or related fields
• Over 1 to 2.5 years in mobile/foot patrol or law enforcement
• Certification in First Aid/CPR required
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ensure community safety and composure with proactive security measures and a thorough understanding of applicable law.
