Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate Performance, this position involves a comprehensive range of strategic analytical tasks. The selected candidate will work closely with various corporate business units to aid in the development of future goals. Candidates should possess a background in finance or business administration and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic analyses to improve program effectiveness
• Identify strategic growth opportunities for the organization
• Collaborate with functional business units on implementations
• Assess financial reports and budgetary guidelines
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and financial reporting
• Familiarity with SQL and PowerBI preferred
• A self-motivated individual with good problem-solving skills
