Reporting to the Junior Project Manager, your focus will be on coordinating expense and capital projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll provide direct supervision to the team, ensuring staff are well-trained and project requirements are met. This role also involves project scheduling, managing supplies, and working closely with contractors for optimal project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise and train project staff
• Organize project schedules and ensure deadlines
• Troubleshoot problems and offer team support
• Oversee ordering and organization of supplies
• Participate in project planning and budgeting meetings
Requirements:
• Experience in planning and executing electrical projects
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and reading blueprints
• Trade Ticket or equivalent electrical experience
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with effective time management
