Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external & internal partners, driving customer service excellence for clients, controlling costs and mitigating risks. Working alongside the Contracts Manager with the creation and maintenance of contracts with vendors and ensuring appropriate quality assurance oversight within the claims function.
