This is your chance to join a leading organization as Product Manager.You have:5+ years in functional Business Intelligence (metrics, KPI, scorecard, etc)1+ year of experience in Product Management (with a Software Vendor)Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities:Product vision, roadmap and advocacyProduct requirements specificationCustomer interface: Handle problems, solicit needs and priorities, validate requirements, run beta programs, help develop references.Sales support: Provide product expertise on sales calls, help close major deals, and train sales repsConsulting Services Support: Help develop training and methodologies for successful implementations.Development interface: Review designs, test plans and documentation, and prioritize bug fixes.Marketing support: Help Product Marketing with product positioning and messaging, competitive analysis, white papers and sales collateral, demos, webinars, conference presentations and analyst tours.Preferred Qualifications:Functional experience with business methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma, and knowledge of organizational development.Experience with business analysis—using metrics, KPI dashboards,



business intelligence and/or OLAP—is desired.A background including finance, product marketing, pre‐sales or post‐sales consulting, or software development is a plus.Solid communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skillsStrong requirements gathering, definition and prioritization skills – ability to understand and represent the customers' point‐of‐viewAbility to drive the success of the product vision through the company and into the marketBroad enterprise software industry and technology knowledge, from multi‐tier database application architecture, to competitive analysis, to working with system integration partners, to business methodologiesAbility to handle and defuse conflicting constituenciesAbility to understand our client's broader product line and strategy and drive appropriate integrationStrong business data analysis skillsEducation:BS required, MBA a plusIf you're not interested, but know someone who is, please help a current or former colleague in their career development by referring them.
