Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with key customer accounts
• Formulate strategies to boost account sales
• Schedule and conduct outbound calls using Proton AI
• Assist customers with orders and pricing inquiries
• Produce monthly updates and sales reports
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in inside sales or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure effectively
