• Handle customer payment inquiries and disputes
• Prepare documentation for third-party collections
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of credit or finance experience
• College degree in finance or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
