Shape cultural experiences for international students as a Relationship Manager. Support hosts and families while managing key relationships and responding to diverse student needs in a hybrid model.
This full-time role is pivotal for building and maintaining connections within the Homestay network. Oversee relationships among students, schools, and host families while addressing issues concerning cultural differences. You’ll communicate effectively and manage crisis situations while supporting training and orientations for hosts and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships between stakeholders in the program
• Support cultural understanding among hosts and students
• Deliver in-person training for hosts and recent arrivals




• Maintain accurate communication and records
• Build a supportive community of host families
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of homestay or related experience
• Community College Certificate or Diploma required
• International experience preferred; public speaking skills
• Excellent judgment and customer service skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and communication tools
