Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of support agents
• Review and approve timecards and PTO
• Conduct performance evaluations and 1:1 coaching
• Monitor case resolution and departmental goals
• Lead internal projects and participant initiatives
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of client support experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
• Ability to run projects and initiatives
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Energetic and a positive role model
