Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) will play a leadership role in overseeing FP&A; activities for several large OpenText portfolios. The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor a team of finance professionals driving excellence in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business partnership.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and guide the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis processes across the team.
- Support both OPEX & CAPEX.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
- Consolidate and present financial results and forecasts to leaders, highlighting key drivers and risks.
- Manage and mentor a team of FP&A; analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A;, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance cost allocations, forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate on special projects and strategic initiatives to support growth strategies, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A; experience, ideally within the technology or software sector.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business performance analysis.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced Excel and financial planning system skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.




- Strong business acumen and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $103,250 – $153,250; depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
