The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, personable, sales-oriented Investor Relations Associate to lead outbound investor outreach and expand our presence within the Canadian investment community.

This position is not a passive investor relations role; rather, it is an active front-line capital markets sales opportunity. You will be responsible for proactively calling investment advisors, brokers, and active investors, pitching the company’s story, and building long-term relationships that translate into market engagement and buying interest.

In addition to direct outreach, you will also represent the company in person at conferences, investor meetings, and industry events, building direct relationships with brokers and investors and reinforcing the company’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound calls to Canadian investment advisors, IIROC brokers, and qualified retail investors
- Deliver a clear, compelling investment pitch (projects, catalysts, macro thesis)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of engaged brokers and investor leads
- Nurture relationships over time, with consistent follow-up and touchpoints
- Re-engage contacts immediately following news releases, drill results, financings, and key developments
- Track all outreach and engagement activity in a structured manner
- Work directly with senior management to refine messaging and market strategy




- Support capital markets initiatives including financings and secondary market liquidity
- Attend industry conferences, investor events, and roadshows to represent the company
- Meet with brokers and investors in person to deepen relationships and drive engagement

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5+ years in capital markets, investor relations, brokerage, or outbound sales
- Comfortable making cold calls and high-volume outreach daily
- Solid understanding of junior mining markets (TSXV/CSE) and retail broker ecosystem
- Ability to confidently communicate a high-conviction investment narrative
- Persistent, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline

Strong Assets

- Existing relationships with Canadian investment advisors or broker networks
- Experience raising capital or supporting small‑cap public companies
- Knowledge of copper, uranium, or resource exploration

Compensation

- Base salary of up to $80,000 CAD, depending on experience
- Uncapped performance-based bonus tied to investor engagement and capital markets outcomes
- Equity participation (stock options) to align with long-term company growth
