Stafingo is conducting a confidential search for a highly reputable client in Ontario seeking a Senior Technology Architect to drive enterprise-wide solution architecture across critical business platforms.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide multiple project teams, and play a pivotal role in aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders , translating strategic objectives into actionable architecture
- Own end-to-end solution design , covering application, data, integration, and operational layers
- Drive architecture governance , ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices
- Lead solution blueprinting and design documentation for complex enterprise initiatives
- Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects




- Support enterprise platforms including ERP systems, digital commerce solutions, and Power Platform applications
- Design and oversee system integrations and master data management strategies
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support post-go-live stabilization (hyper‑care) and troubleshoot production issues

Core Technology Environment

You will be working within a modern enterprise ecosystem that includes:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, Supply Chain)
- e-commerce and digital customer platforms
- Enterprise integrations and APIs

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 implementations and support
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and application design
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with data integration, APIs, and master data management
- Background supporting e-commerce or digital platforms
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Knowledge of retail and/or supply chain processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 data models and core modules
- Experience supporting financial cycles (month‑end/year‑end close processes)
- Exposure to governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies
