This involves engaging with early-stage groups, identifying collaboration opportunities, and driving TVL and user growth. The role prefers in-person presence at our Toronto office, with exceptions in extreme cases.



Candidates with experience in business development and partnerships at major L1s or leading DeFi protocols are preferred.Requirements: 3+ years in business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in blockchain or fintech, with a focus on DeFiStrong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly EVM and Cosmos ecosystemsKnowledge of current DeFi, NFT-fi, GameFi landscapesExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsExperience structuring complex multi-stakeholder partnershipsExperience building and scaling sales/BD/partnership teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize features based on market needsExperience in both TradFi/Web2 and crypto-native business development initiatives is a plusResponsibilities: Serve as the onboarding point for teams exploring the Berachain ecosystemIdentify synergies between Berachain's infrastructure and potential DAppsSupport the development of "super DApps" that could define the ecosystemDevelop partnerships with native DApps and buildersLeverage networks and the Berachain brand to attract top builders and deploy blue-chip DAppsCollaborate with engineering to define and prioritize product featuresMaintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competitorsWork cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and improvementsEngage with users, protocols, and stakeholders for feedback and insights#J-18808-Ljbffr
