Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Medical and Partnership Liaison to join our team and strengthen our partnerships with our collaborators in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, hospital, clinics and other establishment of the healthcare system, to establish collaborations and execute the patient’s enrollment plans. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of patient access arms.

- Engage with regional and provincial health authorities (including CIUSSS and affiliated institutions) to support program endorsement, alignment, and integration within the public healthcare system.
- Identify, establish, and manage collaborations with healthcare establishments (including hospitals, CLSCs and community clinics) to coordinate program deployment, oversee implementation, and deliver training to local clinical and administrative teams.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with pharmacy networks and independent pharmacies to facilitate program adoption and community-level engagement.
- Collaborate with community-based and non-medical organizations to strengthen patient outreach, awareness, and engagement initiatives.
- Adapt, develop, and review scientific,



medical, and educational materials to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with public health standards.
- Identify, engage, and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions, speakers, and relevant influencers to promote program credibility and awareness.
- Monitor and identify relevant conferences, symposiums, medical forums, and professional gatherings to enhance institutional visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and manage patient education resources and communication strategies to ensure clear, accessible, and impactful messaging.
- Support the collection of field insights and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous program improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners, to support high-quality data generation and research partnerships.

Qualifications and skills:

- Registered Nurse or Public Health Nurse ideally with experience in tertiary care or with a clinical research experience.
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in the Canadian healthcare landscape (3+ years of experience or more).
- Candidate must be scientifically sound with solid understanding of pathophysiology.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing field role is a plus.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is highly valued, especially in the medical affairs department.
- Valuable understanding of the Canadian health care system.
- Strong oral and communication skills, strong personality and go-getter.
- Bilingual.
- Able to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time in excellent Montreal area, with a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

- $70-100K annually
- Car allowance
