The Finance Manager oversees full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for development and operating entities, including project cost tracking, capital expenditure accounting, and performance analysis across a multi-entity structure. The role supports month-end close, budgeting, lender reporting, and compliance, and is best suited for a technically strong, hands-on accounting skilled who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting, including annual plans, rolling forecasts, and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver detailed variance analysis with clear insights into key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain robust financial models for cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and long-term capital allocation
- Support multi-year planning tied to growth initiatives, development timelines, and financing structures
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights and support business decisions
- Evaluate new investments, development opportunities, and strategic initiatives through financial modelling and analysis
- Monitor project and business unit performance against budgets and forecasts, providing proactive recommendations
- Maintain visibility on cash requirements, funding needs, and financial risks across the portfolio
- Support lender reporting, covenant tracking, and alignment of financial forecasts with financing assumptions
- Oversee accuracy of financial reporting inputs (budgets vs. actuals) to ensure integrity of FP&A; outputs
- Assist with audit requirements, compliance, and coordination with external stakeholders as needed




- Continuously improve FP&A; processes, reporting tools, and forecasting accuracy to support scalable growth

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA designation completed or in progress.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong full-cycle accounting and ASPE reporting knowledge.
- Experience with project-based or real estate development accounting, including cost tracking and capitalization.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities.
- Experience supporting audits and collaborating with external advisors.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across non-finance teams.
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
