This position, reporting to the Health and Safety Supervisor, is integral to coordinating and administering site safety programs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate adherence to safety programs
• Implement continuous improvement and safety standards




• Guide the workforce on health and safety requirements
• Administer safety inspections and audits
• Help manage Health & Safety Management System activities
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite®
• Knowledge of HSRC regulations preferred
• Experience in mining or heavy industry safety is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
