Your responsibilities will include leading ARR reconciliation and maintaining accurate data across systems like Salesforce. Be at the forefront of developing procedures that foster scalable practices and resolve stakeholder inquiries timely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the quote-to-contract operations
• Review and structure complex sales agreements
• Oversee ARR reconciliation with Finance and Sales




• Maintain system accuracy and resolve support tickets
• Revise standard operating procedures for efficiency
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or similar
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel skills
• Experience with billing/quote-to-cash tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
