Role Description

The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position located in Edmonton, Alberta. The Team Lead will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role includes tasks such as coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating effective communication between team members and management, monitoring store performance, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Additionally,



the Team Lead will actively participate in achieving sales goals, implementing visual merchandising standards, and maintaining a customer‑focused shopping environment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or retail operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear and engaging interactions with customers and team members.
- Competency in analyzing performance metrics, problem‑solving, and implementing solutions to meet sales goals.
- Adaptability and organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a rapid‑paced retail environment.
- Experience with visual merchandising standards and an eye for detail in arranging store layouts and product displays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a post‑secondary education in business, fashion, or related fields is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the retail environment.
