Requirements:
• 5+ years software engineering experience, including 2 years managing
• Demonstrated success in high-growth startup or SaaS settings
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern development practices
• Solid communication skills for diverse audiences
• Interest in incident management challenges and developer-focused products
