In this role, you will utilize your 5+ years of Magento or Adobe Commerce experience. You are expected to handle troubleshooting for storefronts, Admin issues, and order flows efficiently. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and apply necessary patches to keep systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Magento storefront and API issues
• Resolve conflicts, theme rendering, and caching problems
• Perform root-cause analysis and apply configuration fixes
• Monitor system health,



logs, and queues
• Validate API calls and troubleshoot integrations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Magento/Adobe Commerce support
• Solid PHP and Magento 2 architecture skills
• Experience with PWA Studio and multi-site setups
• API debugging expertise, including REST/GraphQL
• Understanding of caching layers and deployment strategies
