Become an essential part of the finance team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. Manage invoice processing, corporate card transactions, and supplier reconciliations in a vibrant Toronto office.
This full-time role emphasizes accuracy and compliance within accounts payable operations. You'll ensure timely payments, audit expense reports, and communicate with suppliers effectively. Your contributions to month-end and year-end processes will enhance the efficiency of the finance team and help foster relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process invoices promptly
• Audit expense reports for compliance accuracy
• Manage corporate credit card payments and reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy in supplier account reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in accounting
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software is an asset
• Bilingual in French is a plus
