This role is critical to maintaining the operational integrity of energy manufacturing technologies. You will provide in office support to both IT and OT systems while monitoring for cybersecurity threats. With a proactive approach, you will collaborate with various teams to improve operational continuity and implement crucial protective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site support for user-facing IT and OT technologies
• Oversee cybersecurity measures for factory systems
• Investigate incidents and partner on containment efforts
• Install corrective measures on key operational assets
• Monitor OT systems and report anomalies
Requirements:
• Work authorization in Canada required
• Qualification in IT or equivalent apprenticeship
• Minimum of two years in technical support roles
• Bilingual capability in English and French
• Experience with ITIL 4 or Lean methodologies preferred
