In this permanent, full-time position, you will handle essential customer inquiries, manage sales documentation, and validate pricing in the SAP system. With 2–5 years of experience, your organizational skills and bilingual communication (French and English) will be key to success. You will also support the Finance department with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service for inquiries and orders
• Manage sales documentation and promotional items
• Validate prices and communicate updates to representatives
• Analyze submissions to provide accurate client pricing
• Support Finance with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong written communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in Office Suite and Excel
• DEC in business or relevant training preferred
• Knowledge of aviation and fuel sectors is a plus
