In this fixed-term role, you’ll play a pivotal role in course delivery and student assessment. Your responsibilities include revising curriculum based on student outcomes, designing interactive lessons, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field. You'll create a conducive atmosphere for learning and facilitate student success through regular feedback and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise and develop curriculum with input from coordinators
• Implement engaging course materials and teaching strategies
• Support students in achieving learning outcomes
• Conduct assessments and maintain attendance records
• Submit timely reports and final grades
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Experience developing curriculum materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of contemporary adult education strategies
