Lead business systems planning in a hybrid role as a Manager. Collaborate across technology and business units to drive innovative process improvements and enhancements.
This position is focused on representing the Consumer Products department and serves as the key liaison for process improvement initiatives. You will gather business requirements, assist with solution evaluations, and support ongoing technology implementation. Work alongside Business Systems Analysts and engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Consumer Products in process improvement initiatives
• Liaise with business and technology teams on projects
• Document business requirements for enhancements




• Support evaluation of technology solutions
• Provide feedback during development and implementation
Requirements:
• 8+ years of industry-related experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business analytics, or administration
• Solid understanding of existing business processes
• Proven strategic project management experience
• Ability to foster innovation and collaboration
Utilize your expertise in business systems to innovate and enhance processes, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
