This role requires your expertise in developing and implementing effective action plans aligned with organizational goals. You will facilitate change management and support talent attraction and retention efforts. Strengthen team performance through proactive management practices while promoting the organization's cooperative values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational planning and work organization
• Track and implement action plans for units
• Foster skills development and employee engagement
• Ensure project delivery for client satisfaction
• Enhance processes within your responsibility
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 9 years of relevant experience
• French language proficiency is required
• Must be able to work in Montréal
• Other qualifications may be acceptable
