ROCK Networks is a telecommunications company involved in the development, operation, and marketing of fibre based internet infrastructure. The organization supports broadband expansion initiatives and delivers internet services to communities across Ontario and other regions.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing initiatives that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion. This role provides strategic direction, manages marketing budgets, and coordinates campaigns across digital, content, and community channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through implementation and performance analysis
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze campaign performance using web analytics and reporting tools and provide insights and recommendations




- Identify target audiences and manage acquisition channels including content marketing, paid media, email campaigns, social media, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows as required
- Maintain and manage marketing and sales support materials and digital assets

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- Several years of progressive experience in marketing or related roles
- Experience developing and managing multi channel marketing campaigns
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics
- Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and CMS platforms, including HubSpot and WordPress or similar tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
