Join our adventure team as a Lead Heli-Ski Guide, leading clients through spectacular backcountry ski routes. Focus on guest safety while providing exceptional wilderness experiences.
In this full-time role, you will guide both local and international guests in stunning landscapes. Collaboration with the guiding team and mentoring apprentices are key parts of your responsibilities, along with upholding safety standards. Expert knowledge of backcountry skiing techniques is essential, as well as a friendly approach to guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver guided heli-ski experiences in varied terrains
• Train and supervise apprentice guides
• Maintain high safety standards for all clients
• Follow operational protocols diligently
• Ensure physical readiness for outdoor challenges
Requirements:
• ACMG Ski Guide or CSGA Level 3 certification
• 2 years of relevant guiding experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical skiing systems
• Ability to adapt to diverse outdoor conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
