Be at the forefront of clinical quality assurance as a Quality Analyst. Monitor and enhance the Quality Management System while ensuring participant safety through rigorous process improvement initiatives.
As a Quality Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Safety teams. Your work will involve managing Quality Events and CAPAs that impact study data, participant health, and overall quality. With your strong attention to detail, you will generate quality metrics and develop key performance indicators necessary for driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and analyze quality metrics for performance insights
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Manage CAPA responses for audits and observations




• Develop SOPs and training documentation
• Track deliverables and escalate issues proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field
• 2–5 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in FDA-regulated environments
• Knowledge of GDP, GCP, and ISO standards
• Proficiency in Excel for data management
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
