More About The Role Manage and optimize all production activities to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance. Ensure compliance with environmental standards, safety regulations and quality requirements.



Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practices to increase productivity and eliminate inefficiencies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production targets and strategic objectives. Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance plans and replacement of equipment as required. Collaborate closely with other departments to align and achieve business goals. More About You Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven expertise in managing change in a dynamic environment, while meeting multiple deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems. In‑depth knowledge of production principles and methodologies such as Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks. LEAN and Six Sigma certifications are considered an asset. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
