As a key player in our engineering team, you will focus on designing and validating innovative thermal systems in the stellarator core. Your role includes detailed analysis, setting up performance models, and collaborating with both internal and external teams. Your engineering acumen will ensure that system designs align with our mission to provide clean, sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thermodynamic and heat transfer calculations
• Model performance for various fusion pilot plant configurations
• Lead exergy analyses of cycle options for fusion machines




• Create and maintain documentation for system processes
• Act as primary contact for external balance of plant engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering
• Demonstrated skills in analytical thermal calculations
• Familiarity with REFPROP, ASPEN HYSYS, or equivalent tools
• Solid teamwork capabilities in engineering projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
