Become a vital part of the team providing technical support for cutting-edge underwater robots. Enhance customer journeys by troubleshooting a range of mechanical and software issues effectively.
As part of the support team, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their technical queries and managing support tickets. Collaborating with engineers and production teams to resolve challenges is key, as is generating documentation to aid in product improvement. You'll also play a role in sales support functions, aiding in product training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical assistance via various communication methods
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Document support cases accurately in CRM
• Generate quotes and manage service-related invoicing
• Support ongoing training initiatives for clients
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in technical support or customer service
• Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
• Availability for rotational on-call duties
• Passion for technology and robotics
