This is a hands-on seasonal position where you will execute meal services and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef. Ideal candidates will have significant kitchen experience, a focus on safety and sanitation, and the ability to work long hours in an inspiring locale. A three-month commitment is required from June to September.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage meal preparation and service for guests
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Support the Executive Chef in various tasks
• Maintain food safety standards diligently
• Assist with pre-season preparations as required
Requirements:
• Demonstrated professional kitchen experience essential
• Food Safe Level 1 certification required
• Ability to work the seasonal schedule
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
