We are currently seeking a driven and results-orientedTERRITORY SALES MANAGER to join a growing organization that providesflexible workspace and portable storage solutions across North America.
This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in afast-paced, high-volume workplace and enjoys a mix ofprospecting, relationship building, and closing business .
Ideally coming from EQUIPMENT RENTAL, MODULAR / PORTABLE SPACE, PORTABLE STORAGE / CONTAINERS, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR INDUSTRIAL B2B
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Drive new business throughoutbound prospecting (approx. 40%) andinbound lead conversion (approx. 30%)
- Identify and pursue opportunities across key industries and market segments
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
- Promote a range of solutions including containers, modular buildings, and value-added services
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits
- Understand client needs and provide tailored, solution-based recommendations
- Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage accounts and track activity
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes
- Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize value and pricing
- Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Provide insights and feedback to leadership
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline performance
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support teams
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience inhigh-volume, transactional sales (leasing or similar industries preferred)
- Strongprospecting and pipeline development skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders fromfield-level to executive-level
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum1+ year of outbound sales or prospecting experience
- Ability to travel 10–20% locally (minimal overnight travel)
