Reporting directly to the VP of Operational Excellence, your role is vital in shaping the technology landscape for mining. You will manage technology deployments, execute asset management roadmaps, and support governance initiatives. A comprehensive understanding of mining technology combined with leadership capabilities will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and scalability of operational technology platforms
• Lead development of asset management and capital strategies
• Engage with site leadership for effective OT adoption




• Promote data standards and continuous improvement
• Evaluate asset conditions and recommend renewal investments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mining, or related fields
• Over 10 years in operational technology and automation
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and FMS
• Strategic thinker with solid decision-making skills
• Bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish is advantageous
