Elevate HR service delivery as a remote HRSD Senior Specialist. Collaborate with global developers to design and maintain innovative HRSD solutions while ensuring platform governance standards.
This remote role focuses on configuring workflows, administering the HRSD platform, and gathering requirements from HR stakeholders. You'll partner with IT developers to ensure smooth integration with ITSM modules, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain comprehensive documentation. A strong emphasis on communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure HRSD workflows, business rules, and user interfaces
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Partner with IT on HRSD and ITSM alignment




• Gather HR requirements and design solutions
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure system stability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, HR, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
• HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
