As a Product Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Customer Success team. Interact with hundreds of thousands of users to enhance their experience with our platform. Key skills include problem-solving, empathy, verbal communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Troubleshoot issues related to features and workflows
• Maintain productivity and effectiveness in customer interactions
• Document customer feedback and build a knowledge base
• Act as a liaison between users and technical teams
Requirements:
• 1 year of contact center experience, preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Quick problem-solving and adaptability
• Excellent technical navigation abilities
• Empathetic approach towards customer journeys
