We are seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with foundational experience in data analysis, documentation, and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will support business and technical teams by profiling data, mapping requirements, and contributing to system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Perform data profiling and mapping using SQL, PySpark, and Python.
- Support documentation efforts including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.




- Utilize tools such as Azure Data Bricks for data analysis and transformation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and document outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Foundational experience in SQL, PySpark, Python, and Azure Data Bricks.
- Ability to perform data profiling and mapping tasks.
- Experience with SRS documentation and data flow creation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate.
