Job Summary

In partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Regina Correctional Centre, the Case Manager provides client‑focused vocational and rehabilitative services to help individuals involved with the criminal justice system successfully reintegrate into employment and the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver one‑on‑one and group employment supports within the Regina Correctional Centre and in the community.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized employment and education action plans.
- Facilitate employability, life, and digital skills programming.
- Collaborate with employers, justice partners, and community agencies to secure sustainable job opportunities.
- Maintain accurate case documentation, follow confidentiality and security protocols,



and contribute to program evaluation.
- Support clients in accessing training programs and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

- Class 5 Driver's License & reliable transportation.
- Education and/or experience in social work, criminal justice, career counselling, or a related field.
- Experience with justice‑involved individuals or in correctional settings is an asset.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of resume and cover letter best practices and current labour market trends.
