Overview

Manager, Customer Success at Practice Better. This role is remote-first with teams across North America. Canadian-based candidates only; preference for applicants authorized to work in Canada.

Practice Better is an all-in-one platform for health and wellness practitioners to run their businesses, care for clients, and scale impact.

Base pay range

CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$115,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and implement end-to-end digital and one-to-many programs for customers, and lead the teams delivering this strategy
- Create and execute a cohesive strategy with tangible goals, tracking key metrics to drive adoption, retention and expansion
- Provide thought leadership to evolve our Customer Success vision
- Collaborate with Support, Product and Marketing to align on customer needs and accelerate usage, retention and growth
- Champion a test-and-learn culture to improve self-service, digital education, and pooled outreach
- Build and maintain meaningful connections with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for value and outcomes
- Coach and develop the team with regular feedback, clear expectations, and growth opportunities; foster an inclusive team culture

What You Bring

- 5+ years of relevant customer success experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with 3+ years leading a customer success team
- Proven ability to build digital and one-to-many motions from scratch with focus on execution and SaaS metrics (GRR, NRR, activation, adoption)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clarity and action orientation
- Experience with BI analytics tools, Jira, Zendesk, Guru, Slack or equivalent
- Analytical, curious, adaptable; solutions-focused
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment

Compensation & Pay Transparency





We believe in pay transparency and regularly review salary bands to remain competitive across Canada and the United States. Roles have defined pay ranges based on level and location. Final offers reflect experience, skills, and location.

Anticipated Base Salary Range (Canada): $100,000 – $115,000 CAD
