In this role, you will be crucial in managing inquiries and facilitating seamless account operations. You will also process investment transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. Candidates should excel in communication and possess strong organizational skills to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries via phone and email
• Process and manage investment account transactions
• Execute trades supporting client contributions and redemptions




• Investigate and resolve client issues effectively
• Generate reports and analyze service trends
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 5 years’ customer service experience, ideally finance-related
• Certified in Canadian Securities Course and licensing
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Portfolio Management software
