In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with data‑driven decision‑making and product analytics.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and technical architecture is a plus.
- Create overall application roadmap.
- Interlock with other stakeholders (business, other applications, product modeling team) on timelines, dependencies and plan interlocks.
- Experience in the areas of technical requirements definition, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to analyze technical documents for legacy systems and assist with consolidation of these systems if possible.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities and multi‑task.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required technical and professional expertise

- You will use your experience in Business Analysis to plan, gather, elicit, design, organize, and manage business requirements and provide industry leading solutions for our clients.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or healthcare industry.
Understands the lending lifecycle or knowledge of Business Analysis.
- Support the development of business requirements for a banking or healthcare systems.




- Can work with the client to identify the current product offering in application design, understand the product suite, and the differences between the two.
- This resource will be supporting clients that are migrating from the legacy core to the modernized core, so any experience in migration is a plus.
