Lead Special Teams initiatives as an Operations Manager. Oversee project execution, vendor relations, and team management while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
In this managerial role, you'll drive strategies with the Leadership team and streamline procedures. You'll be the primary contact for key vendors, solving issues while managing team dynamics and supporting project delivery efficiently. Engage collaboratively with Warehouse, Sites, and Accounting to meet organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee communication with vendors and Accounting
• Collaborate with leadership to develop operational strategies
• Manage Special Teams Leaders and support team members




• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Administer project quote acquisitions and budgeting
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in renovation or construction supervision
• Strong background in various construction trades
• Proficiency in project estimating and scheduling
• Experience with Microsoft Office and proprietary software
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
