You'll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product‐related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. helping the solution architectParticipate and/or lead specification workshopsDevelop functional specificationsParticipate in the business process designParticipate in industry/corporate process implementation across all related applicationsCoaching of workstream team(s)Successfully support the management team in different project areasDeployment: troubleshoot complex configuration and system issues. Document and follow up with customer issues to complete resolutionImplementation: prepare and support the organizational change management activities. Prepare training plan, training documentation and provide end‐users trainingDocumentation: document the configuration and architectureValidation tests: conduct functional and integration testing, including preparation of test cases/scenarios and test dataReporting: progress status and issuesMaintenance: analyze, design and produce solution enhancementsMeet travel requirements, up to 80%Perform feasibility studies and process design reviewsBasic Qualifications4+ years of professional experience with Teamcenter or other Siemens PLM productsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in IT systems (Manufacturing)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English‐speaking stakeholders across Canada.
