Lead complex construction projects as a Capital Project Management Specialist. Oversee design administration, budget preparation, and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout all project phases.
This position specializes in managing significant construction contracts, where you will guide consultants and ensure that each project milestone is met effectively. Your responsibilities include developing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project financials effectively while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage design contracts and project budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations
• Develop project implementation schedules with stakeholders




• Review project drawings and provide consultant direction
• Supervise construction activities and project commissioning
Requirements:
• Registered Qualified Engineer or Architect
• 10+ years' experience in project management in construction
• Preferred designations: LEED, PMP
• Solid experience managing large construction contracts
• Strong financial management and accounting skills
