We are co-founded by Dr. Stephen Mulholland, creator of Morpheus8, and we are building the world’s largest end-to-end platform for private-pay healthcare—Practice Management, AI lead generation, CRM, payments, digital marketing, and learning.
What we are looking for:
We are expanding our Product & Engineering division with a AI Product Owner who will own product strategy, development execution, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery across our enterprise SaaS and AI stack.
We’re looking for a senior technical product leader who can operate at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and AI-driven innovation . You will own the roadmap, write detailed requirements, and work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality features across:
- .NET / C# backend microservices
- Python-based AI/ML and automation workflows
- React / Node front-end
- LeadEngineAI, Auvia (AI agent), and our core PMS/EMR platform
This role requires deep technical understanding combined with strong product instincts and exceptional execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product roadmap for assigned modules (AI, EMR, scheduling, CRM, payments, or integrations).
- Translate business opportunities into structured product specifications, user stories, and backlog priorities.
- Evaluate competitive landscape and industry trends to ensure product leadership and differentiation.
Technical Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering Leads to define architecture requirements, data models, API contracts, and microservices integrations.
- Review and validate technical designs to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Understand and guide development across Python , .NET , Azure , and cloud-native best practices.
- Participate in code review discussions (no coding required but strong literacy expected).
Execution & Delivery
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end delivery.
- Break down complex features into clear, concise user stories with measurable outcomes.
- Perform QA validation, write acceptance tests, and ensure features meet enterprise-level reliability.
- Maintain velocity dashboards and delivery trackers for executive reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure successful launches.
- Drive requirements for UI/UX improvements and streamline workflows for medical practices.
- Translate customer feedback into prioritized enhancements.
AI & Automation Product Ownership
- Collaborate with our AI engineering team to evolve Auvia (AI voice & chat agent), lead scoring, RAG workflows, and auto-booking intelligence.
- Design AI guardrails, prompt orchestration logic, and automation sequences.
- Drive real-world adoption and performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, time-to-value).
Product Quality & Risk Management
- Create and enforce release checklists, functional testing standards, and technical documentation.
- Identify risks early—technical, architectural, regulatory—and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure all releases meet compliance, privacy, and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Product Ownership / Product Management in enterprise SaaS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field .
Strong technical understanding of:
- Python and up-to-date AI/ML workflows
- Experience shipping complex, highly scalable SaaS or AI applications.
- Ability to write technical requirements, workflows, sequence diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated success working with engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of product analytics, customer feedback loops, and rapid iteration frameworks.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable development plans.
