In this pivotal role, you will define and co-pilot a responsible AI practices roadmap for an established AI Centre of Excellence. You'll produce red-teaming exercises, design reusable frameworks, and establish key processes for compliance. Additionally, your input will guide contributors from various departments, enhancing their understanding of responsible AI concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee red-teaming exercises for AI solutions
• Co-develop responsible AI practices roadmap
• Design frameworks and tools for AI assessment
• Establish processes for pre-deployment reviews




• Advise cross-functional teams on prioritizing solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in analyzing AI systems' bias and performance
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and MLOps best practices
• Required knowledge of French for effective communication
