Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project design and provide technical leadership
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, and cost control
• Conduct site reviews during project phases

• Offer training in roadway design and analysis tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years in geotechnical engineering
• Solid experience in pavement design for infrastructure
